ABOUT HELP

HELP is an international non-profit organization. We believe that human beings and the environment are tightly interdependent. Our goal is to improve the living conditions and education in ecologically fragile areas and enhance the environmental awareness of the public.

HELP WOLONG

The major area we are working on thus far is the world-famous Wolong Nature Reserve for Giant Pandas located in Sichuan, China. HELP has established a close connection with the local government, villages, panda research and breeding center, and local schools. Knowing the exact needs of the Wolong residents, HELP aims to help improve the conditions of both the local community and the natural environment they live in.

HELP brings warmth to 300 Yi ethnic minority kids in Liangshan Prefecture village.
2009/10/10 HELP just provided 305 sets of clothese and shoes for kids in the Weimin Primary School at Qiaodi Township, Xichang, Liangshan Yi Prefecture of Sichuan, China.

HELP supports water storage pool construction in two villages
2009/09/25 HELP provided financial supports on constructing water storage pools in the Caoping and Xicao villages of Sanjiang township.　The project is carried out by HELP's collaborator - Sanjiang Conservation Station of Wolong Nature Reserve.

HELP helps providing professional consulting services to local hospitals.
2009/08/15 Dr. Fangyin Meng, MD, has become a long-term HELP medical consultant to local hospitals in Wolong Nature Reserve.
